This is a nice looking watch, however I only had it a few days and had to return it because the black bezel around the paint started coming off.

Great looking watch, just like other function pathfinder series, it 's about a standard size g shock watch, pathfinder unlike the newer models, they are bigger watch. You have to pay anywhere from $ 40 to $ 65 more for the same model of pathfinder watch due to the reverse LCD.

I was looking for a strong showing, solar, atomic controlled with all the little gadgets that I like a digital watch (stopwatch, alarm, 2nd time zone, countdown, temperature, compass, barometer, altimeter). It does the trick. It is light and not too big on my wrist medium. Tirade compass and thermometer must be calibrated to be accurate! Rall any one can look 'sa great-looking!

This clock has the best features from the rest of the line Pathfinder and integrate into a functional clock. Rit was only a matter of time until Casio did the opposite lcd (black-face). The face is easy to read, with large numbers and functions are easily accessible without having to keep the passage. The clock is the thinnest line, so far, and it includes the count-down timer. The compass will need calibration when it was very easy to do. The temperature is very accurate when the watch is worn on the wrist. One thing I havent seen in these other reviews is that this watch, unlike other casio watches solar powered, it is the light it receives its power from solar cell, which is convenient. The Casio watch that much had received his power from a separate battery. Band and the case are of good quality. I 've had the clock for three months without problems. very good investment for people outside.

This is an excellent watch. High quality and excellent functionality. I'm very happy with the clock have owned for about 2 months. I love the feature that automatically activates the backlight when I raise the clock to watch it.

The main reason I purchased this watch was unique because it was all black with the features and that it was slimmer and had a smaller diameter than other Pathfinders. So far, I 'm not impressed. I CAN NOT HONESTLY SAY THE HIGHER PRICE IS WORTH IT. When I received the watch, it had no power whatsoever. At first I thought it might be defective, but after reading the manual, it states that after a period of time without light, it will completely shut down and need to be recharged. I 've had the watch on either a window Sill directly in sunlight or directly outside in sunlight for the past four days and it still has not completely charged. The quality of the watch is questionable. The bezel material is a soft plastic and that will take a majority of the abuse. I think I would rather have it be made of steel or a harder plastic. It looks and feels like a cheap $ 10 watch from Wal-Mart. I doubt it will hold up to the same type of beating as the PAG40 that I owned. I 'm going to give it another couple days and see how it goes. If I 'm going to spend this much money on a watch, I will probably consider a different Pathfinder. Ri ' ve owned a Pathfinder PAG40 but it finally died so I can honestly compare the two. The PAG40 took a lot of beating and the batteries lasted a lot longer than advertised. I got used to the overall size of the PAG40 and I have just a medium sized wrist. Although I do admit it was tight under certain long sleeve shirts with the watch on but that 's because of it ' s thickness. It looks like Casio has made all the other Pathfinders slimmer than the original PAG40. The 1300 series is about the size of my other watch (Invicta Pro Diver) in diameter and thickness. R rUPDATE: The watch is finally over fully charged after 5 days. For being fully charged, the display is very dim. Lower light conditions will be a challenge with this watch. If you are interested in the 1300 Series Watch, I suggest getting the other models with the regular display. I will be returning this watch for another model. r rUPDATE: I decided to return the watch to Amazon and just waiting for my refund. Since then I decided to purchase the PAW1500T-7V and I love it. Yes, it is a titanium band, not synthetic, which I was little unsure of due to the fact it 's not adjustable to what I ' m wearing, but I am not disappointed. If I want to change the band out for an adjustable plastic band, I still can. It is very rugged, light weight, and still smaller than the original PAG40, but bigger than the PAW1300 series. A very sexy watch for those who like the larger diving watches. Another benefit is that I didn 't have to wait a week to charge it up. It was fully charged when I received it. I found it cheaper and [...] compared to amazon but that is because it is a clearance item. Very fast shipping especially if you are on the west coast. Other than that, you probably won 't find it cheaper anywhere else.

This CASIO watch a clock would have been for me, but the black comes from Benzel. Now I wonder how long will it take until the black gold and closer to the face begins to chip away. I saw another one of these for $ 300, if I did I probably would have for the first time she saw bought. At least the color would not be chipped. This is a very handsome watch and stands out with the reverse LCD display. It is thin but has a quality heft to it. I like the gadgetry and once adjusted, I find them to be as accurate as one can expect from a watch. They 'd get you through in a pinch but I already have precision instruments I take up with me when hunting, fishing, or camping so these are really for the coolness factor more than anything else! ;-) r rAs far as rugedness, this watch is more than workplace campground. The bezel is raised, protecting the crystal from scrapes. My previous watch was a Luminox & it took abuse in-20f weather while hunting. This watch isn 't rated to work at that low of temperature. R rI ago just north of Denver as Receiving the signal is not a problem. RWhen I received this watch I played with it for hours, setting up all the gadgets & displays. So I pressed the light button many, many times & the watch never came off it 's high charge. So you don 't have to worry about it running out of a charge overnight, even after extreme use. It has stayed on high for about a month now, the watch LED shuts down if theres no light or movement to conserve energy. Turns on as you pick it up, pretty slick indeed. R rI would like to note that initially when I adjusted my temperature it was on my wrist & I adjusted to match my indoor thermometer, of which it was only a few degrees off . Now when I check the temperature it has been within a degree or so of both home & work readings. However, when I leave it off my wrist it reads about 16 degrees lower so it must take into account your body heat?

I have a lot of desent watches, such as Omega, Tag Heuer, Rado, Longines ... But I wear them more, because you never do too much for him, he takes for himself very well. The coolest thing, no need to worry about the battery is empty.

I bought this watch for my boyfriend and I was nervous because he is extremely pick on things! I love it! It is not as great as the images and make it really has a low profile (especially in comparison with the G-Shock Watch). It took a few minutes of tinkering to find out all the functions, so it is very easy to use. We are both very happy with this watch!

How can you not love this watch, the negative display is easy on the eyes. I do not know how to use most features, but I bet they are impressive. This will be my wrist for a long period. I was thinking to get the PAW1500, but is large in size and appearance is not attractive. Thanks for the Stealth!

First, I was surprised when I looked at the clock that is not a G-Shock. It doesn 't have all the little bumps that protect the exterior, especially the crystal, and I would say that the movement has some protection as well. Within a few days I was able to put a mark on the crystal that I thought it was a risk, but with a lot of wet rubbing it out just know the way I hit the crystal things that will have all scratched in no time . R rThis is the third Solar Atomic (Pathfinder) not paying attention I 've owned so I know a few things from experience: r r1) It ' s better-made watch for everyday use. You don 't have to worry if it ' s accurate or replace the battery. When I lost one (see below), I felt naked without it, I had to get another one right away even though I have more watches. I had a will to be completely dead in the dark, and would not take a charge. After an exhausting search on the web I found a place that sells these, I installed and ran. I got this watch last week and it 's great so far. I 've been using Timex Ironman watch forever and is slightly larger but not all great. Barometer is spot on since I calibrated it. The altimeter worked great on a hill that I run yesterday. Compass was off by 6 deg, but for a watch that isn t 'too bad. Thermometer is affected by your body temp so that 's probably the most accurate sensor. The Atomic timekeeping is probably the best thing about the watch. R rThe IS THAT negative alarm isn 't the strong and the countdown timer doesn ' t have to repeat this setting, you can start it yourself. Overall though great watch, I want to buy it again.

Although the functional aspects of my original review still accurate, I noticed that is vulnerable to early loss of coloring black with black trim ring around the bezel, apparently without regard to abrasion or usage problems. I am a big fan of casio watches and when I saw this watch it was like love at first sight. And immediately ordered and got it 2 days after. This a very very nice looking watch and you 'll be surprise on how slim it is. Don 't need to mention all of it features. Also, lets not forget that it is an amazon exclusive item. Overall excellent and extremely good looking watch on wrist.

I've always been a fan of Casio Pathfinder WOW, but look on this amazing clock! works great and look great!
