Reviews

I bought this because it 's smaller than some of the monster models. And it is big, but not so big ad the other ones. I can button my sleeve ocer it, at least! R rand I like the solar power - I 'd heard a lot about battery use for these kinds of watches, so I wanted to make sure that wasn ' t an outcome. The solar power function workswell, and I haven 't hasd any problems with keeping the watch charged - at least in sunny CA. R rand if you understand that the altimeter works off the barometer function, you should be really happy. Yes, you should reset it when you get a chance ... mine changes often 100 feet or more overnight. But that 's what barometer does. And if I update regularly, this watch does a great job of telling you where and how high you are!

Casio Pathfinder Atomic Solar Watch # PAW500T-7V r rCasio Pathfinder Atomic Solar Watch # PAW500T-7V r rI bought this watch after about 1 year of research on the Internet. Rthe Watch Had I wanted to not be bulky, with a metal band (All my plastic band rbroke within 3 years and tracks damaged in the leather 2, so the band had to be made of metal), mineral glass rwith real, waterproof etc. For a while MOMENTUM SLK rappealed for me until I 've read them on the glass can break very easily due to ri avoid relegation and secure enough. Rin in the end I had only one model to choose from, Casio PAW500T - 7v. R r r rPROS r r-balanced looking. R r-titanium watch and band. I would rate this watch as "ultra light for the size ". Rif you're thinking between this and the plastic version, not to think too much. Reven Require owners who hate bulky watches would likely be happy after rbuying version of titanium. R r comment [small: the band seems solid titanium, but is pressed titanium sheet, folded rto look solid. For me, it 's not a problem.] R R-not a small clock. In the global clock, his place is between the medium and large watches (!) Rmen. Casio markets not because female PAW500T is small, but because it is rmuch smaller than the other explorers clearly disproportionate. R R-precision internal mine is excellent. The clock was me being 7 seconds ahead of time, with last date rcalibration atomic 5 months ago. About the error of a second run for months without calibration bomb. Reven my top end Oceanus watch is 10 sec / month internal error. R R-barometer, altimeter and thermometer great job after calibration. RBarometer fully agrees with the published pressure. Correctly predicted ra hurricane two days in advance (pressure drop large). Properly set clear sky for a week r (large increase in pressure). The clock was correct. The [...] was not - RIT said "80% chance of rain " "rain " "Rain " and there was no sun. People R RSOM mentioned that altimeter is very variable and insensitive. GH I think this is an altimeter fine. Like all altimeters, it needs to be calibrated pressure on RTO. If someone does not calibrate, no wonder that it reads + / - 300-foot day-to-day rdifference to the same location. That 's all how altimeters work. R R-Easy to wrist size. No special tools required, a needle or a small rknife . The links are held by spring-retractable support rods sensitive. The band has arrows that item rwhere knifepoint fit to move the sticks. For me it was very easy and fun that I'm rsomebody wrote that he had problems.Skill level required: 1 out of 5. R RCON rAlarm sound is very soft and short. The advantage is that there are 5 alarms, so you can rprogram them in succession. R rBacklight duration is 0.5 seconds. It would be better if there was a User Configuration to set rbacklight duration. R r rVERDICT rThis watch is one of a kind, and if lost or stolen will be replaced with the same. R checklist rthe: Watch rDigital battery RSolar time keeping rAtomic Display Outlined rVery well with "last year + time + date + " or "day_of_week time + date + " options rBig digits that stand out rSmall size (H = W t = 35mm x 38mm size of my head, Don 'know how Casio measured 41 millimeters ...) box rLight weight titanium rTitanium case and band glass rMineral rDual time (must have to me) time rWorld rElectroluminescent backlight R100M water rThermometer Submersible rBarometer rAltimeter..

Its been a while since I'm using this clock. This watch is a right fit for the pulse small and medium businesses. Its marketed as a ladies watch, but it seems fine about it. Surprisingly, this watch is much lighter compared to similar watches of other brands. It seems well made. The display is a logical and perfect. It shows the most important information in more easy to read format. All important features are few button away. Surely you can configure many things in the graphical display as barotrauma or date formats and even show altimeter. RBarometer is quite accurate after calibration it. Thermometer is affected by body temperature. So you really need to have the clock on your wrist and keep it away for 15 to 20 minutes to get an accurate measurement. Again you can calibrate the thermometer well. GH tested the thermometer under various conditions and was necessary. RAltimeter is disappointing. Reading altimeter depends on the pressure and temperature changes constantly. Then you have to calibrate the altimeter with the right default font before you start to use it everytime. Summary rin I recommended this watch to anyone who is looking at the clock reliable and techno, a very affordable price. RPROS - r1) Nice and clean layout display r2) Lightweight watch r3) titanium band, which is gentle on the sleeves r4) Barometer and Thermometer Chart weather r5) display automatic back light function (useful if you're driving or your hands are full) R6) automatic time synchronization via radio signals (no need to adjust the time) R7) Solar powered (never have to worry about changing the battery) r rCONS - r1) Titanium band gets scratched easily R2) in bar or moon / tide graph (not to be a problem though) R3) alarm is not loud enough.

It did everything it advertised to do. I do wish there was an option to buy it with the band sized. I had to take it to a local watch repair firm and paid to have it sized.

Excited as I was to receive the watch with the mail from Amazon, I could 'nt time to use the features, including the ' s reader altimeter and thermometer. Once I put the watch on, it was very difficult to understand all the features included with the watch, which is one reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. All of it 's settings can become difficult to understand how to use, especially with someone who is not "talent " with electronics and such. However, after reading for about an hour in the manual, some things start to become clear to me how to use this watch. I am impressed with it, but it will take time before I can master the clock to learn everything he has for me in Serbian.

Although the clock can be a bit large for most women, is perfect for what I use for this. It is, of course, leaves the perfect time. And the different functions are not very difficult to discover. It also looks great.

Thus, the PAN won-500T. It is a beautiful clock, cheapest on the net from Amazon. R rInitial idea: r rThis is a normal size to see, I am more used to wear watches, I know, the smaller size was somewhat surprising. (I expect it was small, but not so much ...) r rthe band and case color is Titan ", the slightly darker than silver. In addition, the metal is not polished, so it is either not bright. So if you are looking for a clock, has a more cautious view, that's it. R RALS, although he seems to be a member of the new "Slim " line, the clock is still relatively large, two part, the smaller diameter. I have a feeling that this clock designed with women (who love the great outdoors, yet) - is also slightly narrower band like "womens-standard specified". R Rother Impressions: r r-It could not really thin, but it is surprisingly easy. This is a plus. (Case and band are both made of titanium.) R-Measuring temperatures, and () was also a plus. R-The large sensor on the side looks a bit silly. R "Multi-band 5 'view it is a real globetrotter to ... R RMENIA looking for something more substantial should the PAW-1300T instead (another "Slim " Patfinder for 2009) to buy.

The watch is attractive and so far seems to be working well. Here in the Midwest clock has no trouble receiving the signal from atomic clock radio. The manual is well written and the various features are fairly easy to use. R rI often have to know what time it is in Bangalore, India and the world time feature 30 minutes is the shift of India 's time zone perfectly. R rI am disappointed with the band of titanium. Titanium scratches very easily and the build quality of the band is second-rate. My wife and my son watches have titanium by other manufacturers (in the same price range) and the band don 't scratch easily, and the quality of their bands rival the quality of stainless steel band on my watch. R clock rthe is a little thicker than I like, but not as thick as most watches I 've seen with similar functionality. R rif I had to do more, I probably get this watch with resin band less expensive.
