Set a course for adventure every day you get this digital watch Casio Pathfinder Triple Sensor men (PAG40B model-2V), which includes a built-in digital compass, altimeter, barometer and thermometer. The digital compass displays 16 directions and has a 5-September memory capacity that captures direction, month, date, time and details of the measures. I wanted to see the low cost, to take with me to my next trip and pushed on this one. In this way, if I loose, I'm not too excited. This has the compass feature Will that help me find my way. Then there is the barometer and altimeter functions, and this being the useful information for my records. I think that Casio has come a long way since they started to see with offers and will probably not be in the future. This does not have the solar power function, but I do not expect to use it for 20 years anyway. I look forward to a future low-cost model with GPS Lat / Long as well. To save for a retail price of $ 70 at local Costco ... It was quite a lot.

Beware! If you are looking for the newer solar powered, atomic time set version, this is NOT it! This is a plain old replace the battery kind.

And watch this purcashed after waiting several months for the right time to get it. I ordered it came in one day. It took about an hour to set the time on it. The only cons I am with it is: Therometer not provide accurate readings, and after eight minutes it would bother to have this watch on your wrist. They are the only problem I have with it. I like the compass feature is very useful when I 'm hiking in the woods. I also like features to the barometer.

I LOVE this show. It took little time to consider all possibilities and uses, and I was on the road to adventure. I know it 'The Man ' s watch, but I don 't find one similar for women, and it ' sa little big - but oh well, I love it. C 'is perfect for use in canoeing, hiking, skiing and bird watching, without fear of moisture or water damage. The dial is easy to see, to feel the buttons are simple and push for, and all my friends want one!

I 've owned this for a few days (including a recent backpacking trip) and found it very useful. R rPros good looks, good design / functionality, I like the buttons on the side of each of the measurements. The altimeter seems accurate (but Drifts of the day to day, due to barometric pressure). The thermometer seems accurate As Long As You 're not using the watch! Not sure if there 's no way around it. The compass is great and also seems very accurate. Until now, it 's Survived some abrasion and water treated to a fine. R rCons The watch is very large, I wish there was some way to have a more accurate reading of temperature, while using it, and a more precise altitude. The clock must be calibrated daily, to be exact. As far as I know, this is true with most clock in altitude that are based on barometric pressure. R rOverall I'm very satisfied so far!

I am a road cyclist. It helps to know some things about a particular trip: distance, speed, and the total cumulative ascent. The cumulative total ascent (ACT) is the sum of the hill up to this day. For example, a trip of 100 miles is much easier on the floor of a TCA than 10,000 feet. I had a Casio watch that quickly took the ACT in 1998, unfortunately was lost in Italy. I called Casio before buying a new one and told me that the Casio Pathfinder PAG40B would work. The clock makes the graph of altitude. However, after hours of trying to get the ACT with the instruction manual and a phone call to Casio, it seems you can not do. It is a shame, is a good watch otherwise.

I liked this watch features ... Because of its Compass - Barometer - Thermometer - Altimeter. Its a little big on my wrist, but it looks great. All features work perfectly, only the thermometer shows the temperature of the body when the other person on your wrist gives perfect reading. I have had my watch for a bout a month It was easy to set up still learning new things about It. I was so supprise with this watch I was buying another brand of watch and after about two years I had to replace It. The Pathfinder is really made well I will never go back to the other name brand watch I was using It can not hold a candel to the Casio pathfinder I recommend this watch and I certainly will buy another pathfinder, when time comes around I expect to have this watch for many years.

Everything works fine as advertised. My only concern is it takes a while for the temperature. Must be fixed every time I do, that is normal. The altitude is quite accurate and the compass is also quite accurate. If you're not sure you can always orient itself to the 3 sensors. I 'm deployed in Ballad, Iraq, and in aviation, which increasingly use 3 sensors. Highly recommended.

To do different things that need to watch manual remember how to set things. The manual is written but also take it when you wear the watch so you can learn all the different functions. Generally prefer to watch and it is likely to get another one when I need to.

Casio triple sensors are an awesome product with rugged dependability. I saw this watch listed on Amazon 's homepage for a great price, so I ordered it right away. I received a confirmation email, and notice that the product would arrive in 5-7 days. Three hours later, I received a cancellation email from Amazon. I went back to reorder, but the price was now triple the original price. When I called Amazon, they responded with several lies, and then tried to blame their supplier. This is "bait and switch " and it 's illegal in many states. I 've also learned that this practice is quite common for Amazon watches, so be wary. I have decided to take ALL my business elsewhere.
