Reviews

This is the second one of these watches and have owned. When I had the first one 's Watch Batteries Replaced the place and took it to repair messed up the seal and the watch got wet inside so I had to buy this new one, otherwise the other one and had worked for years ... .. IF YOU EVER HAVE REPLACED THE BATTERIES ...... Be careful who does it, MAKE SURE THEY GUARANTEE IT TO BE WATERPROOF "after " the repair.

My first month to 3 missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. Half the team Wore to watch this and the other half the Suunto Vector. You have ownership of both. I found the Casio Pathfinder easy to use. R rthe problem I had with my watch is sometimes conflicted and went through all modes and would not stop until the batteries are removed. I was the only one who had this problem. R RWE worked in extreme environments and the watch took a beating. Sandstorms, attacks of all types, faults, high temperature 125-130 degrees. Below zero cold for long periods. All resources were an asset to us all. Often compared with our data from other tools such as GPS and other sensors that we had. The watch was near. R rthe dial is a great advantage in the field. I still have the first, but when I took it to a store to watch for new cells, it was not sealed properly and leaked it to a swimming exercise.

Shipping was great. Product is nice. Lost a star due to plastic coverings on watch making it seem kind of cheap and cheesey.

I gave this watch to my husband for his birthday. He missed one for several years. He had a few years back, but he lost. He is so happy! He loves it!

All I have to say is to have to buck .... all the features of your getting a watch is a steal .... I just received my watch today and I can 't more pleased with it ....... Compas / dress / alti all activities as it suppose to ... very easy to see what time it is a big number at the back light works great .... a manly watch for a manly man!

This is great for people watching outside the modest house. Easy to use and September only draw back is the battery life is only rated for 12 months. otherwise perfect to have fun with outdoor activities.

Features unusual for outdoor lovers. Not to mention camping use because it would be too large. All you need now is a good sleeping bag, tent & a 4WD. Enjoy!

Well, with so sad I have to say goodbye to my old Pulsar Multi-Chronometer 344,064, Stop-Watch, timer and alarm that I bought back in 1993. After more than 16 years and the LED screen faded, though still there, I have a Casio Watch module No. 2271, Men 's Pathfinder Triple Sensor Altimeter / Barometer / Digital Compass PAG40-3V. Now let me assure you that, if you are in serious training, rigorous exercise, or you are an avid outdoorsman willing to invest time in understanding the capabilities, the 2271 Module Casio PAG40-3V is for you! 2271 Casio has a large number that makes it easy to see when you're running, swimming, hiking, or in any other competition. After 16 years with the Pulsar, Casio, 2271 showing the progress of technology. Digital compass is a welcome technology improvements, while permits directed reading, Allows you to easily calculate the proposed objectives. Of course, it is for estimating purposes, to a desire to have more solid as a backup compass. However, in general directional 2271 Casio accurate reading. The second feature is the Barometer / Thermometer, the small internal screen Lets see the average days in the past and surprisingly very accurate in Determining weather. Increase internal graph represents improving conditions, while the graph shows a decrease in decline! In addition, the barometric pressure displayed in units 1hPa/mb and only in this format! The thermometer is a good addition. However, perhaps because of this watch so close to one 's wrist Tends to be read + / - 8 or 9 degrees degrees F above ambient temperature (or + / - 2 degrees C or 3 º). It is great when doing long distance or marathon running and one can adjust to either Fahrenheit or Celsius F º C º. Finally there is a height altimeter For this purpose which in September when running or climbing a mountain. Step height measurement and the memory was so good when trying to climb a better level. This feature also allows you to watch both allow automatically or manually to measure success! While in SCUBA, diving support my hours at approximately 15 meters or 50 ft. Although the manual claims can withstand the pressure of approximately 100 meters or 238 ft Incidentally, I must confess that I did not go to such a height or depth as to verify the claim. Now, in addition to all these features standard wristwatch has a stop-watch, alarm, and for outdoorsmen night light sensor automatically or manually if you prefer it! There are several disorders such as features structured date, year, month and day and can not be formatted with the military mode, day, month and year or U.S. mode. On the one hand, there are other watches such as Casio Men 's Digital Compass Twin Sensor Sport Watch SGW100-1V, the holding itself is quite good with many similar features at a price much lower! Casio SGW100 good-1V has two sensors, including a compass feature and the temperature reading. In addition, including the basics of watching sports such as chronometer, timer, and alarm. This is also a moderate depth water resistant. This will be a good watch for those who started the regimen experienced serious or outside the home. On the other hand, if you are an active enthusiastic individuals who want to test the limits of your life experiences and have an hour to be your companion, then you should seriously think about Casio Module No. 2271!

I still think Casio G-shock watches are the best. But my last two experiences have not been very impressive. This watch has a nice big dial, and you can even read the numbers without having to use the light (an improved version Mudman). As a driver I thought it was great to have the barometer and altimeter. Bad as I think it is great to have "random numbers " generated, these functions are so far from Wack it would be impossible to compare to toys. Don 't waste your money. I will use it until the battery dies (which is getting lower with the use - (read the fine print)), and then find a clock BASIC. I've learned my lesson.

Pros: r1. The elegant watch seems within reach, but remember if you have wristwatches look like thin Grandfathers Clock this on your hand (its huge). R2. Easily calibrated. I had no trouble understanding the manual. R3. Night visibility is excellent. R4. True waterproof. I went to Niagara Falls wore this watch r rcon: rsensors are not at all accurate. Temperature is never clear, even if watch is not in hand. Altimeter barometer is crazy and stupid shows some graphics and no relevant information. The compass is good even if r rconclusion: Watch Nice, but to buy the sensors and also its not for small hands.

This is a good watch and came quickly thanks to Amazon. The only drawback is three days after it received one of the screws came out and watch strap I had requested a new one. The functions are intuitive and although large, is thinner than expected for a large clock. I use the watch for off-road motorcycle riding so the altimeter and compass are great to give you an idea of where you are or where you should be.

Well for one, the manual is easy to read, and you quickly learn how to use all its functions very easily. The watch has a solid band, and is very Sturdy. All of its functions are easy to use, and I especially appreciate the glow in the dark button. After reviewing all other watches that have capabilities for multi former Compass and barometer, temp, altimeter, and multi alarm functions, and can hit the jack with this watch. Make no mistake, this watch is made for someone that lives the day and night as a weekend warrior.

I love this watch. I've always owned a Casio sports watch, this is the best I have owned. I love all the features that the Pathfinder, expecially the meter. Its generally a big clock

Well .. To start this watch is fantastic. I love everything about it ... almost, and thats not really blame the vendors Casio 's. The image displayed for the watch here on Amazon is .. well .. green. It seems someone got the photo, because even though I received the watch has a little green in it, plasic orange light around the button and the sensor 3 buttons is a very dark olive green. That seems to be all green cover in this watch. But not everything is green, like the altered picture implies. The rest of the clock is dark gray, light gray and black. I still like this watch, but I wish that companies present their products without resorting to false advertising by tweaking the image. Honesty is the best policy! So things .. di wrap this watch 4 of 5 stars only because I expected something more green. Wize function Tho ... 5 stars to Casio for a great watch! I followed the advice of other reviewers about the Altimeter and Barometer functions and their rights, provided they are calibrated often seem to work perfectly! If Don 't get readings wonky. Enjoy!

Watch it delivers. My cheap watch to get knocked around every day ... I had to replace them every year or so. Watch is worth a little ... extra works like a charm. Highly recommend this watch out or any hardworking person.

I 'm an engineer Nurdin, as you might expect, I ' m really picky about tools rand equipment. This rate of Casio watch 5 out of 5 as far as I 'm concerned. Rit beats the heck out of Timex in a similar (though my father retired rTimex). The following features are excellent screen, compass, thermometer, stopwatch, light, barometer, accuracy timeliness and ease of installation and use. The altimeter seems weird, but in all fairness, I haven 't really tried it out. I'm looking forward to a car Casio!

Casio Men 's Pathfinder Triple Sensor Altimeter / Barometer / Digital Compass Green Watch # PAG40-3V is a great tool if you're a seasoned camper like me. I'm a fan of hiking and like most Star Trek fans know how to use the tools in my favor and find the way to the destination ... To this, I must admit, I was quite surprised the accuracy PAG40-3V which brings to the table. This watch gives very accurate readings on altitude, temperature, direction, atmospheric pressure etc.. I have read some negative comments about people not being able to obtain accurate readings ... I respectfully disagree. I tried altimeter, barometer, thermometer and compass (which I believe are the four outlets in chief of the guard) and, as I said, the readings showed significantly less or more often no deviation from the actual data . However, a large piece. R Rone thing. I tried to Suunto (almost solved for X-Lander) and Timex offers similar features before purchasing this. I was surprised that in comparison with Suunto (which is relatively expensive) the same clock that offers lower-priced performances. I will miss "Tough Solar ", but that does not 't Hold Me Back from declaring proud of my new possession. R GH will use this watch for Hiking in Laddakh later this year. This will be the litmus test and I'm pretty sure (based on extensive laboratory tests already performed to see how well this work may contain when I'm out there) you 'll place to meet my expectations by far .

I purchased the Casio # PAG40-3V for my son. He will be deployed to Afghanistan in April 09 'with the 82nd Airborne. I believe the watch will come in handy for LanNav, mountain terrain ... etc. RI also got one for myself for hiking, outdoors activities. This watch has a "learning curve ", it must be calibrated, to get a "true " temperature you must remove it from your wrist. Seems rugged, water resistant 100m (give or take 50m), keeps good time, lots of features, all for $ 125.00. Good Buy

Great watch for the price, has all the gadgets in a hallway or outdoor and adventurous person could imagine.

Although it took me some time to get used to all the functions, this clock works great. The user manual teaches you exactly how to get the most accurate readings, but a quick preview of the sensors is usually enough. Never tested it in the extreme conditions it says it can handle, but in the above-normal waves still works great.

If you see this set-up correctly it works like a champ! The book is about an inch thick, but fairly well broken down. I wear it for about 2 months and have loved it!

This is a great watch, with all the features. But if you have a small wrist-frame-thin as I can look at the giant clock on you. Considering the diameter, which is a little over 2 inches, is made for people weighing 150 pounds or more. If you are, get this watch!

I had a Casio watch for about a year now and the strap must have. I was informed by Walmart that they can not replace a Casio wrist. I called Casio and they told me that as far as they know CASIO TABLEWARE CAN NOT BE REPLACED BY A NORMAL WATCHBAND! I had to order a bracelet from Casio and they had to know which model it was before I ordered it. Total price: $ 12.00 shipping, handling and sales tax included. I then asked the representative if instructions would be included because it was a different type of installation, instead of pins. He said they are supposed to recommend the band for a jewel to have dressed! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS AS BANDS will not last forever!

Great Watch! It makes everything he says he can. Very easy to use buttons. A little more to learn because of all the functions such as changing Fahrenheit to Celsius and vice versa.

My husband originally had a similar product that Silva has proved defective (two different, both of moisture under the glass facade, when they took them out to work, not humid, wet conditions!). So I decided to get the Casio and I love it. The readings are accurate and he does not have the instruction booklet to carry around - very intuitive. Walking in the Adirondacks NYS sound all functions are fun to play.
