This watch has a lot of great features, if you fly or want to know how far off the ground is in his office this is the watch for you. Your influences body temperature, so that might take the watch off to use this feature. The compass works well. The barometer is fine. Having hands analog and digital weather is cool. This is a toy for most people, and the case is great. Picture a stack of silver dollars and gets it for the image. This is one of the disadvantages in buying something like this in the line. Overall a good toy, but the third party seller should have put more information on your product details.

Although I occasionally hike and backpack, I bought this watch as more of a curiosity than a necessity. It is a pretty amazing little machine. It is bulky, about two inches in diameter and almost a half inch in thickness. It 's comfortable though due to it ' s relatively light weight for it 's size. Almost immediately I forgot it was strapped to my wrist. I think it 's actually a very cool looking watch too. Sorta ruggedly stylish. I think the analog hands tie the design of the face together although they do interfere with the main digital READOUT somewhat. Also, the face of the watch is gray, not the blueish look as the picture displays. It glows bright blue when the backlight is activated incidently which can be set to activate whenever you tilt the watch to your face ..... very cool. R The features are the reason to buy a timepiece like this and they certainly don 't dissapoint. All functions performed very well and seem fairly precise. The compass is especially neat.It displays all four directional points and the bearing angle in relation to magnetic north. The temperature can be set to read fahrenheit or celsius, and the barometer actually creates a simple graph of it 's most recent readings Enabling you to predict the sort of weather approaching at a quick glance. As for the altimeter, I can 't say I ' ve really used that yet as I haven 't taken any trips to areas of real elevation lately ... mostly just sea level. R In closing I really am growing fond of this watch. Just sit it out under a lamp if you don 't get outside much and it charges itself. When the lights go out it goes to sleep, turning off almost all of it 's LCD readouts, then springs back to life when the lights come back on. It 's like having a mini-weather station on your wrist that ' s fascinating and functional. It seems very well built and if my past history with Casio watches proves true I have no doubt it 'll be with me for decades to come. It 's obviously a lot of money for a digital watch, but all in all it ' s uniqueness, gizmo-factor, and slew of information made it a solid value for my purposes. So far, so great.
